1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Custom, made-to-order, or bulk orders may require additional processing time; we will notify you at checkout and in your order confirmation if extra time is needed.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Available shipping options at checkout may include:
- Standard Ground Shipping
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — where available
- International Shipping (varies by destination)
- Carrier, shipping method, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in the shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (United States — includes Wyoming):
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day (cutoff times and availability may apply)
- International:
- Estimated delivery varies by destination and customs processing; typically 7–21 business days.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.
Note: Delivery estimates begin after the processing period and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination.
- Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be applied according to the promotion terms displayed on our site.
- For large or oversized items, additional shipping or handling fees may apply; these will be shown in checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Use the provided tracking number to view the package status on the carrier’s website.
- If tracking does not update or shows delivery issues, please contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll assist in locating your package.
6. Multiple Shipments & Partial Deliveries
- Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different warehouses; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
- If an item is out of stock after order placement, we may ship available items first and send the remainder when available — you will be notified in that case.
7. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. If the order has already shipped, additional fees may apply to reroute or reship the package (subject to carrier policies).
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please:
- Check with household members and neighbors.
- Check the shipping location (porch, garage, building office).
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of the delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- For damaged items: retain original packaging and photos of the damage, and contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through filing a claim and arrange for replacement or refund, as appropriate.
- Seabventures is not responsible for theft after carrier status shows “delivered.” We will, however, work with you and the carrier to attempt resolution.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Seabventures is registered in Wyoming, USA (EIN: ________________________).
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by destination countries. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on possible charges before ordering.
10. Returns & Refunds

- In cases where we are at fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), Seabventures will cover return shipping and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.
11. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or for some oversized items; if this restriction applies, it will be noted at checkout.
- Hazardous materials, restricted items, or other items prohibited by carrier or law cannot be shipped.
